Safety Intelligence Platform: 2024 improvements

This year, we were busy making improvements to the Nirvana Safety Intelligence Platform. We listened to feedback from our customers and added many new features and functionalities.

Here’s a recap of how we improved the Safety Intelligence Platform in 2024:

What we built

 
•    Report and track the status of claims online — We understand that every minute spent managing claims is time taken away from driving your business forward.    You can now report and track claims online in the Safety Intelligence Platform, 24/7, by phone, email, or online.  
 
•    Get rewarded through the  Fleet Referral Program — Designed to reward policyholders for sharing Nirvana with their network.    Refer a fleet, and when they get quoted, you’ll receive $100. Your unique referral link is available in the Safety Intelligence Platform.  
 
•    Receive FMCSA Violation Notifications — Get notified within one day of any new violation occurring in your fleet.    You’ll receive a single, consolidated email daily if new violations are detected.  
 
•    Unlock driver names for FMCSA violations    — Authorize a secure connection using your login.gov credentials to pull driver names    associated with each violation, making remediation faster and more effective.  
 
•    View your CSA Violation Timeline    — See violations over time and understand how recency and weighted scoring affect your BASICs    and overall risk profile.  
 
•    Invite your team to the Safety Intelligence Platform — Give safety managers and leadership access to scores, BASICs data,    and AI-powered safety recommendations to improve collaboration.  
 
•    Access driver training videos within the Safety Intelligence Platform  — View and share training videos directly with drivers by clicking “Training”    in the platform navigation.  
 
•    Save big with the Partner Perks Program — Save up to $4,000 per truck, per year through exclusive partner discounts    across safety tools, equipment, tires, compliance platforms, and more.  
 
•    Download the  Accident Kit — A printable resource to help drivers document accidents and support FNOL claims reporting.    Print and store one in every cab.
