How long will it take to hear back from a claims professional?

After first reporting your claim, you should hear back from a Nirvana representative within 2 business days.

Does Nirvana use my telematics devices to detect crashes and submit Claims on my behalf?

No. Nirvana will not file a claim on your behalf. It is up to the fleet to file a Claim, if necessary for an accident or incident. Nirvana uses telematics data to assess the situation (if relevant) to help expedite processing and exonerate drivers, where possible.
