How long will it take to hear back from a claims professional?

After first reporting your claim, you will hear from our team the same business day (if submitted before 3pm ET).

Does Nirvana use my telematics devices to detect crashes and submit Claims on my behalf?

No. Nirvana will not file a claim on your behalf. It is up to the fleet to file a Claim, if necessary for an accident or incident. Nirvana uses telematics data to assess the situation (if relevant) to help expedite processing and exonerate drivers, where possible.
